Cotswold Falconry-senteret

Arrived late to find a room extremely hot from being sealed up in hot weather. Too warm to sleep and only 1 window that could open. It was late so decided to shower in the morning but woke up to no hot water and within 5 minutes even the cold water had stopped. Could not shower or even flush the toilet. A guy turned up but did not apologise just joked about the lack of water. That is why they only got 1 star. Will be taking my issues up with the hotel directly as vitally unacceptable

Big difference between pictures of rooms on hotels.com and in reality. The room we got where outdated and worn. The bathroom in particular where worn down, tiles where broken, the wood fixture around the bathtub rotten and the toilet didn’t stop to flush after use. We came in really late(around midnight) and didn’t have time or energy to complain and try to switch rooms. The high point where good beds.
