«Check in process very unorganized with long lines. Room not ready at the 3pm check in time. Room shower needs a deep clean. Grout is black and brown. Beds are very firm. Bathrooms by pool area are not clean. No waiting staff in beach area or pool area. Resort lacked entertainment ands short staffed. Cat infested resort, cats on furniture In the common spaces. No alcohol being served before 10am and most bars close by 10 pm. Spa has ceilings falling down and holes in ceilings in the water areas. ...
