Tried to reserve a car from airport. We communicated back and forth several times until it was time to actually book the car, then they completely failed to reply after I sent the flight info
Check in was for 3:00 we didn’t get into room until 5:00. Room was wrong. We reserved ocean front and got partial ocean view instead. They told us we would have to sort it out with Expedia (which has also been a complete failure).
Romain who took us to our room interrogated us about how we knew each other. Do you live in the same house or different houses
Dinner at the French restaurant was good.
The door to our room didn’t lock
The spa refused service to a woman in a wheelchair
Coffee not good. Don’t waste time at Mikes.
The Sugar Cane restaurant was terrible food. Also there was a living cockroach at our table
Borderline harassment when they texted me multiple times in a row and within just three minutes of me not replying, they called saying they had been trying to get in touch with me (this was the “butler” service which is complete waste of time).
Description says privilege guests get a Nespresso but it’s actually a Hamilton beach
Mini fridge in room does not get cold
ATM was out of order, no other way to break change or get cash for tipping because desk refused.
