«Our stay was amazing! The resort was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful! Please note it is atleast an hour from the airport. But for this trip that was our preference. The food however was 3/10 this includes food market for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There were several restaurants that were available to us with no reservations required but they too were subpar! «The Grand Palladium and Lady Hamilton Resort is stunning! It’s well maintained and the staff is nice. We stayed in a Bungalow at the Signature Room, which has upgraded amenities, a private pool, and private beach access, with welcome and departure gifts. The ocean view balcony has a stunning view. The room could use some TLC-the tv was in and out, the mattresses are hard, and we had to call maintenance a couple times. «I didn’t like the way the daytime staff in the souvenir shop followed me around asking repeatedly if I wanted to buy something. I was clearly only there to make a purchase however I was simply browsing. It caused me to leave without buying anything. I did come back in the evening shift and they were much more pleasant.»

«We just left, and I already miss this place. Everyone is so nice here. Stuff are so considerate and ready to help with anything that we needed. Our favorite thing is that they have dogs/ cats at the property, as animal lovers we created a bond with them. We hope to be back soon 🙏❤️😎»

«Me and my husband got there and the check-in process was ok we got our privilege bands but after that it went left the was not welcome like other resorts we been to, the property smelled like cat pee and vomit. When we got to our room it’s was clean and the view was great but with our package we got bulter service that was horrible.
