Hotel Lydia
The hotel overbooked our king room but upgraded our room to a balcony/kitchenette with 2 queen beds for the same price and we loved it! Beds were comfy, room super clean, AC was cold and bathroom was nice! Plus gave us drink coupons for the bar. We really enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back!

Plantation Suites & Conference Center
location, value, staff was helpful, a/c worked well, beds wwere comfortable, breakfast was ok typical but no meat, just stairs for older clients,

Seashell Village Resort near the beach with kitchens
the room we had was awesome. could not see the ocean but was very close. very clean and well maintained

Candlelight Cottages by the Beach
Nice place very close to Rockport Beach. You can easily walk to the beach. It was also very quiet. Just two things of note. WiFi is pretty slow and it doesn’t have beach gear so be sure to bring your own towels, umbrellas etc. other than that great stay.

No cleaning fee!!
Our only problem was the steps. We were not expecting that. We are in our eighties, and it was a challenge
