«This is a lovely setting for a rustic home. But there is nothing rustic about the interior details the hostess provided. No detail was left out and everything was labeled and thought of. She is definitely a 5 star hostess. Beds were comfortable, linens were nice.»

«Nice rural setting with direct view of Sleeping Ute Mountain. Generally quiet but a two lane road is nearby as is the municipal airport. The loft is accessed with a ladder and the headroom over the bed is limited. The finishes are “rustic” and simple.»

«It had a large living room. The owner allowed us to bring family to the house to play games and visit. I appreciate the space for our visit.
The house was clean and had good pans and dishes so we could provide for my uncles, aunts, and cousins that stopped by. I would recommend to make the stairs a little lower for older guests to enter easier.»

«The pictures do not do this place justice at all. It is a lovely little home with excellent privacy, appears to be brand new, and has a perfect outdoor seating area. The fenced in yard was also a huge plus with our dog. Also easy access to nearby mountain biking and dirt biking. We anticipate a return trip in the future!»
