Room did not have hot water then they moved me to another room with the same situation. Moved a third time and the bed sheets were stained and they mentioned housekeeping had left for the day and told me they could bring me covers and I could change them myself. I went back upfront and they moved me to a forth room and it was ok. Why did I stay. It was my birthday weekend and I understand things happen. What I didn’t appreciate was the fact that the receptionist said the water would not be as hot as home but it was lukewarm and the fact they said if I wanted to change my own sheets was unbelievable. I paid for the room upfront so I would not have been refunded. They said the manager would consider a credit but when I checked out on Saturday the person at the desk said no managers would be around until then so no credit was given. Looking forward to how my conversation with the manager goes.
