«The location great. Very convenient to upper west side. That was the positive. The negatives- kitchen was not very clean. We ended up using plastic utensils as several forks and knives were dirty.- coffee maker didn’t work- debris on ground of kitchen- the apartment is dark! The pictures are not totally reflective- no AC in the main bedroom. Window AC in the main room- only 1 key!! Not sure how you can sleep 8 people and only have 1 key. That required a lot of juggling- host was somewhat ...

Smart opphold | Dobbeltseng | Time Square
Manhattan
10.0 av 10, Suverent, (16 anmeldelser)
«Oyo is a good place to stay in the heart of Times Square if you don’t want to spend a fortune. It’s especially good for a single traveler just coming for Broadway shows. The rooms are very tiny (but good for one). The only complaint is the mattress-it feels like a sleeper sofa (a hideaway bed that is thin and noisy.) Otherwise it’s fine if all you need is a place to sleep and shower. I would stay here again.»

«I have waited a couple weeks to write this review to eliminate the emotion and just be factual with my review. I wish we read the reviews prior to booking this stay. We have three main issues with the property. 1 - The apartment was not located as advertised. The key pick up is close to the advertised location and the address is actually about ten blocks north east. 2 - The communication with the host was very poor. It’s seems like an automated message that didn’t respond accurately. We  ...

«Communication with this property was poor from the start. Before arrival, I modified our reservation and then heard nothing for over a week. After multiple attempts to reach someone, I had to contact customer support just to confirm the change had been made. I specifically raised concerns about the lack of communication and was assured we would have a designated manager available 24/7 after check-in. That was not our experience. During a confusing and stressful check-in, we finally reached a ...

«First and most important, this is NOT a one bedroom apartment. It is very clearly a studio. I asked the host prior to our stay to clarify this and they said that it is a one bedroom with a wall and a door between the living space and the bedroom. They lied. The check-in was a nightmare because we were told that the key lock was on a bike rack near the place. It was a block away on a steel rack around a tree. We had to try several locks before we found the right one. The sheets, comforters ...
