«My husband & I had a great week away staying at Orchard House. We couldn’t fault anything. Check in & communication/response was excellent. We arrived on a hot afternoon & the air conditioning had been put on for our arrival which was really appreciated. The house was a magnificent home away from home & very well appointed. It was perfectly clean & well maintained. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip back to beautiful Beechworth. A»

«Host experience was dreadful. No checkin details received, when chased up about it on day of arrival, host changed the home we were staying in 3 times. Completely disorganised with lack of clear communication and no acknowledgement of disruption and no apology received. Cannot comment on this property, we stayed elsewhere. Property we did stay at was lovely, host only issue. »
