«Perfect location (5 minutes walk to Frankston shops) and very comfortable beds. Also ducted heating was great as very cold in winter as this house is right on the beach. The area is super quiet. Not a peep at night so slept very well. If you are after something modern this is not for you. However for a house right on the beach it has charm and everything you need for lovely getaway.»

«Stunning views from balcony and nice entertainment area. Except couple of queen beds, other are bunker, The toilet combined with shower are struggle to use at the sametime. Equipment is little old, kitchen range hood can be too noisy, washer and dryer could take longer then usual. But for couple of families and 2 days trip non of this would matter.»

«Tina has been an amazing host! The property is huge and has exceeded our expectations! So much to do in the area but did not have to leave much as the property facilitated so much for us, from the games rooms to waking up to the sunset coming up from the ocean, to utalising their spa and indoor jacuzzi. Cant wait to come back and use the pool in the hotter months. Very clean and organised property. Highly recommend the host and property 5 stars!! Thank you so much for asissting in such a ...

«We had an amazing stay! The house is beautifully located with a great view of the lake, and we found it to be exceptionally clean and well-equipped for all our catering needs. The host, Kate, was very generous, providing firewood and essential consumables in the kitchen and bathrooms. Using the kayaks was another bonus! Kate was incredibly friendly and responsive. »

Rydges Melbourne

Rydges Melbourne

8/10 Bra
"Very helpful and courteous staff. Really excellent breakfast - often busy but well managed. Very comfortable room with good soundproofing, streaming and good climate control. Occasionally minor issues with the cleaning - sink wasn't always cleaned nor toilet paper replenished, and when we arrived the bathroom fan was very dusty. The downstairs bathrooms (by the bar) were also on one occasion a bit dirty. Staff were however super quick to respond and fix any issues we had. Overall a great stay."
