2. Hotel Lago Grey

«We had the best time at Hotel Lago Grey - the staff were extremely helpful and it is set up to help you get the most out of your trip with the least amount of effort required. I only gave it 4 stars because whilst the view from the room is out of this world - some basic amenities like a kettle and provision of water were missing, and there was only one restaurant and menu of food options to choose from. However, the staff were super responsive and went out of the way to really help you. They ...

«We had a wonderful stay at Weskar Patagonian Lodge. The setting is beautiful, with incredible views over the water and surrounding mountains, and it really feels like you are experiencing Patagonia from the moment you arrive. The lodge has a warm, cozy atmosphere and was a perfect place to relax after our days exploring Puerto Natales. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was close enough to town while still feeling peaceful and scenic. We especially loved waking up to the ...

«The hotel is beautifully located by the water. Very friendly and helpful staff in the reception. Large common areas. The breakfast is very good, a great selection of food and omelets to order as well. I do wish though, that in this area where early start of excursions are common, that they could offer a simple breakfast to go. Instead they try to sell you a box lunch. Our first room was on the second floor and had only a very small part of the window to open, so the room was a little stuffy. ...
