«We enjoyed 2 nights at Altiplanico prior to our trip to Torres del Paine. The room was great, including a view of the sound, with heated bathroom floors and towel rack. Restaurant food was excellent, both for breakfast and dinner. A short but scenic walk to downtown Puerto Natales along the water. Highly recommended! »

«The hotel is located close to the more peaceful part of the park - this means however that a lot of driving or long transfers are needed for the Eastern parts. Transfers and activities are horribly expensive, but this is the case everywhere in Torres del Paine. Overall, we liked the location as the roads were empty, we had our own car and the views from our room were magnificent. A few other positives: the spa was great, even if at times it felt crowded. «Really nice hostel with great ocean views. Cozy and inviting common area and quite nice facility overall. The rooms are quite warm and felt a little like a sauna and the breakfast was just bread and cheese and deli meat essentially but seems to be the common hostel breakfast. Would stay again for sure»

«The cabin we stayed in was simple and old. The beds were comfortable and we had hot water without any problems. The WiFi does not work during peak usuage hours and needs to be upgraded. It is fine during quiet times during the say. The kitchen is supplied with the bare minimum, no salt etc. The bathroom does not have a shelf to put your toothbrush etc so you are stuck with the edge of the sink or the floor.
