I would not suggest anyone stay here if you enjoy cleanliness or safety. As someone who cleaned rental units for a living, the unit was subpar. The first thing we noticed was that the bath mats were soaking wet and dirty. There was a film of dust on everything. The fridge was dirty, inside and out, including fingerprints on the outside. There were cigarette burns on the bedspread in the rooms. My daughter found a used flosser behind her door in her bedroom. The mattress pad in the bedroom off the kitchen was filthy. There are dents in the walls covering bad patch jobs. The mirrors in all of the rooms had not been cleaned. The floors had not been swept. There were no dishtowels available. The bed in the room off the living room had no mattress pad at all. The toilet seat was loose enought that it slid off when you used it. There is a sign that states quiet hours, on 2 of the nights we were woken by yelling and music from the upstairs neighbors. Parking is a complete nightmare after 6 pm. Also don't think you will be walking anywhere at night. It is NOT safe. We took a lyft back one night and the driver specifically told us it was not a safe neighborhood to walk at night. The unit is on the 3rd floor but the description does not tell you that they are steep, missing handrails and wind up the building. I spoke with the host and he promised to refund part of our stay and the cleaning fee. Well, surprise, surprise that didn't happen. Stay away.
