Quiet and Clean Home near Downtown Homewood with Private Backyard!

Hi. We want to thank you for considering staying at our home in Homewood. We set this home up for us to use when we are in Chicago as a family for business or pleasure. We live out of state and needed a comfortable and quiet home where we and our 4 kids could stay for extended periods of time. This home is in a very quiet neighborhood, with amazing neighbors and a very large backyard. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

The space
As we said, we made this place as our second home in Chicago because we recently moved out of state but still need a place to stay when we are back in town. The two biggest bedrooms have queen beds, the smaller 3rd bedroom has a full bed and there is a sofa that turns into a bed in the entry room. There is a large smart TV and fiber internet so you can work from home. The kitchen is very clean with a brand new fridge that has water and ice. Laundry is available for those staying longer.

The backyard is so large! The neighborhood is very quiet. We are very good friends with the next door neighbors and a few others on the street. With the exception of the winter months, the backyard patio has a propane grill, furniture and table out for guests to use.

The driveway is very large and can fit 5 cars. For our 30+ guests we can offer you the garage to use as well.

Guest access
You have access to the entire house except for the garage. That is only available for guests that stay 30+ days. The backyard and patio is also available but not recommended during the cold winter months. All the patio furniture and grill are taken to storage during the winter.

Please note that no parties are allowed and no smoking is allowed inside.
