«I arrived early and was fully prepared to pay for early check in. I was informed that the night before they sold out and only had 3 housekeepers to clean room. CORPORATE PLEASE SEND THIS LOCATION HELP. I can guest why they're short staffed but... Anywho the front desk staff that I encountered was friendly but helping me was out of their hands. «Everything was great. Breakfast was ample and had a nice variety of ifems My only negative was the fact that the desk clerk gave the room number out loud. Not only to me but to the previous guest. I have traveled as a single women on many business trips and would have requested another room and only a written number on the key envelope. Luckily both the previous quest (who I did not know) and myself were with our husbands. I was also not thrilled at a trip jar in the breakfast room. »

«We were booked in a one bedroom suite. Our room was on the fourth floor facing the very busy street. When we went to sleep it was unbelievably noisy. Almost like there was no wall or window between us and the VERY busy street in front of the hotel. The next morning we got moved to the first floor suite which also faced the same road.
