«Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The listing did not clearly state that this was a basement apartment, which is important information for guests when making a reservation. The description also advertised two bedrooms, but there was only one actual bedroom. The second sleeping area was just an extremely uncomfortable futon that was not suitable for a good night’s sleep.
