«This is a cute, nicely renovated, roomy, detached cottage set in the middle of a fruit orchard. It was sparkling clean and very quiet which is just how we like it. We were charmed by the orange trees over the patio and at the front door. Despite the bucolic setting, we found it was just a few minutes drive to downtown Chico to restaurants and stores. The hosts were very responsive to any communication and provided clear instructions for checking in and out.»

«We absolutely loved our time here. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The forest view was lovely and yet we were so close to the Heavenly Gondola. We had 5 adults and 4 children in the 6 bedroom Villa #11. We had a lovely view of the forest out the back and the Gondolas out the front corner windows. The listing does need to be updated for accuracy though. On the negative side there was no desk (although the listing said there was one). But, on the up side, the 6 bedroom listing said 4 ...
