«Overall it was a nice resort. The room was loud though. We got a room that backed a service road and the trucks would drive thru or go in reverse with a beeping sound. In the morning housekeeping was loud in the hallway. The grounds were neat and clean. The pools were nice but kind of misleading. I asked about pool hours and was told they are 24/7. While the pools are open the slides aren’t.»

«Wanted to use the pool but there was so much goose poop in the water it was gross. The showers for the pool were not close to hotel for ease of access. Suggest that they put a net over the pool (like they do in Florida) to keep the birds out. It would also help if there was a door closer to the Uber lift area instead of walking from the hotel to the main door and then to the Uber area. Could eliminate 1000 yards of walking by doing this. But overall my group had a very good time there and ...

«The property was really nice. Last time we stayed there we had a great room on the ground floor with a patio. Paid quite a bit less at the same basic weekend. This time we were placed on the second floor with a view into a tree at the very furthest room on the property. In addition, had to ask to get coffee for the room. A few times called the front desk and got no answer. On the good side went to 3 of the restaurants and the service and food were great. I would have thought for more than 700.00 ...

«This Hilton property is located in one of the most upscale Scottsdale areas. However the check in process was the reason for the 3 stars. It is staffed by "time-share" high pressure personalities who were efficient enough at checking you in but kept insisting on taking the 90 minute presentation. We wanted to get to our condo and rest as we had flown in that day not be coerced into having to defend our answer of "no" to the presentation offer.
