«My girlfriend and I only stayed one night. We had a room with two queen beds. They had everything in that room. They do have coffee, caffeine and decaf. The shower is very spacious and comfortable, and they provide shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, and a blow dryer every single staff person that we interacted with was lovely, friendly eye contact just a pleasure. «Everything was great! We enjoyed our time. The AC worked well, the pool was great, the staff were even better! I was worried about the parking garage after seeing so many reviewers about it but it was totally fine- half a block away and there was security on scene the whole 5 days we were there. Never had any issues.»

«This property needs a lot of work: the bathtub is peeling to the point there’s a large circle of worn out paint in the middle of the tub, the toilet makes running noises at all hours of the night and the air conditioning sounds like it has a small band housed inside of it. Additionally, it took over an hour (twice!) to receive towels and please don’t arrive after 11pm because the only food options available will be a $5 bag of chips and other overpriced snacks.»

«Nice hotel, nice people. Two things not good: No possibility to open the windows. The air in the room was therefore not fresh. The American breakfast is a joke. As a scandinavian, we’re used to having breakfast at a totally different level. Even the worst hotels in Scandinavia have a better breakfast than the best ones in the USA. «The check in process and parking process is unusual but worked put fine. The apt is stocked well and i appreciate that the sitting area and t.v. are separate from the bedroom. We had an issue figuring out the ac. The location is ok to one side the Phoenix area seems run down but in the other direction are high rises and newer bldgs and restaurants. »

«The hotel and grounds were clean. The room was very neat and clean. But, we only had one wash cloth for 2 guests. The phone on the stand blinked all night causing a bit of a disturbance to our sleep. In addition, there was alot of early morning loudness just after 6am inside the hotel with doors slamming and it sounded like the guests in the room above us were rolling something across the floors or continuously dropping something very early. These reasons caused us to check out before 9am. »

«Excellent hotel: comfortable lobby, friendly staff, good restaurant, handy location. The rooms are quite large and well appointed, including several comfortable chairs. (You’d be well advised to avoid rooms over the “rooftop bar” — actually on the 3rd floor — because sometimes loud music can be heard in nearby rooms.)»
