«My wife wanted to see the lantern exhibit at the John Ball zoo the weekend of Memorial Day, so we chose this location to spend the two nights we were there and we could not be happier. The parking space was immediately next to the entrance to the building, with the elevator that took us to our floor right around the corner. All of the codes that were given to us by the property manager actually worked and we had no trouble getting in either the building or our room. The room was a two bedroom ...

«The furnished apartment was a perfect spot to land when a need arose to be closer to the Grand Rapids area for six weeks. To be able to have a place to come back to, relax and cook meals was invaluable. Those in the apartment building were so kind and those that managed this VRBO were ever so helpful as we needed to extend our stay. It was also the perfect spot to get many places easily and quickly. Plus, who doesn’t like living in a castle.»

«This is a cozy little get away place that we enjoyed very much. Loved the kitchenette for morning coffee and late evening suppers of leftovers warmed in the microwave. We also enjoyed afternoon tea there each day of our stay. Evenings were spent in the lovely front room in front of the television watching retro tv programs...a favorite. The bedrooms and bath were very generous as well. The location is close to downtown and very walkable. We would enjoy staying there again. Thanks!!»

«Nice flat for 2 couples. Living room rug is dirty and stained...moved the coffee table slightly, only to find lots of leftover goodies under it. Might want to speak with cleaning crew. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay.»

«We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. It is conveniently located in Norton Shores. Not far from Lake Michigan, a 15 minute drive to downtown Muskegon and a 20 minute drive to Grand Haven.»

«Very clean and a good size for 6 people. The beds were comfortable, except for the pullout sofa bed. The rooms need a desk/dresser to put your items on and there should also be a chair in each room.»

«Traveled to Grand Rapids for a girls trip. The apartment was clean and as advertised with a fully stocked kitchen, coffee etc. Detailed instructions for check in/out were sent in a timely manner. Beds were fairly comfy and we had plenty of space to spread out. The only thing that might have been helpful was a luggage cart or trolly as we had lots of stuff and it was quite a dostance from parking garage to apt. Overall i would definitely stay here again!»

«It seems as the owners are new to VRBO. The place was decorated nicely, but the kitchen was not clean, the oven did not work and the kitchen was not well stocked. We found the place late in our search for somewhere to stay for the marathon. It was fine for one night.»

«My family and myself came to the area for a musical in grand rapids and i think we all enjoyed the stay at least as much as the musical itself. This property comfortably slept my party of 14 without issues. My daughters still talk about how they "Got to stay in a castle". Full marks from me. I have already recommended this property to some friends and would recommend it to anyone else thinking about staying.»

«Came to GR with my mom and baby to visit zoo for Lantern Fest and Gardens, so great location. Took a long while to get warm since the thermostat was at 62 and no extra blankets in the closet, not ideal for infant and my mother. One of the bedroom doors wouldn’t close so I had to use my suitcase to keep shut. Very clean and nicely updated. Easy checkin.»

«Love this location in the midst of downtown Holland. Location and ambiance of a flat above 8th street is hard to beat. Everything is well managed and clean. Clear instructions and an available host. Here’s what would make this a 5: it’s a big space with just a little furniture. Maybe work on the seating areas and artwork a bit. Also - a single bathroom isn’t enough for six people. Hard to add a bathroom - but it’s the truth. Otherwise - it’s perfect. Well done by the management company.»
