«Our room was spacious and clean. Bathroom could use an update - may be time to remove the old telephone hanging on the wall in the bathroom. Otherwise, we would chose this hotel again when coming to Big Rapids.»

«Our family has used this hotel for “staycations” for many years. IMO it’s the best value hotel in the area. The rooms are LARGE and clean (fits up to 6!), beds comfortable, staff members friendly and helpful. The medium-sized pool is clean (though a little cool); the extra-large hot tub is perfect! They can be crowded at night esp. on weekends, so we try to go swimming in the middle of the day when possible. (There’s also a late-night adult swim time). «Convenient locations around, easy ac and heat use. The water from the showers could've been warmer and the curtains were weird as they didn't close all the way. Whenever I tried there was still a gap in the middle. Although it might just be user error or on the outside you can't see through the gap that's on the inside. »
