Customer service at front desk was horrible, the way I was talk to by dave tge manager on Sunday was horrible, and being told that they don’t care about the bus for the guest at 11a on Tuesday by maddi was horrible, people at the restaurant in the basement didn’t care about cleanliness, and seemed to always give you attitude when you picked up your food, hot tubs could be a lot warmer, pools could be a lot warmer,
