«Overall, our stay was amazing! We had a little hiccup with getting into the home because we were not provided the code, but it was resolved within the hour. The front step needs addressing. It is an abnormally high step and my 85 year old step-mother stumbled on it and fell when entering. Perhaps a warning strip or handrail would be helpful.»
