While you enjoy all of these amazing amenities that we offer, you won't be bothered by anyone - complete privacy and silence back here! Absolutely stunning!

** Please note that the outdoor furniture is stored and the dock is taken out of the water for the winter to prevent damage. We typically prep for winter in early October, and then bring furniture and the dock back out in April/May, depending on the weather. We appreciate your understanding.

☀ No smoking within a 50 foot radius of the property. Please smoke near the road if possible.
☀ No large events, parties, or gatherings. Please adhere to our 10 guest maximum. Only the number of guests requested on the initial booking will be approved to stay at the property.
☀ Must be at least 25 years old to book.
☀ No pets allowed as of 2/1/2025.
☀ Please report any damages that occur during stay.

Please also note there is a Ring Doorbell/Camera as you walk up to the property, and another security camera under the deck and facing the sliding glass door.
