«Very close to CSU, walking distance. Convenient to Old Town and many places to eat and drink. Overall it was very quiet but on a couple occasions you could hear the train in the early mornings. Inside was clean and it had the amenities for a short stay. The fridge was a little small but that is due to the size of the studio apartment. «We enjoyed our stay. Well appointed, modern remodeled apartment with everything needed. Easy communication with host. Location is convenient to downtown. Regarding neighborhood, a 7.5/10. Walked around neighborhood in daytime a few times and was fine. Bedroom windows do let in some filtered light at night. Didn’t bother us too much but might want sleep mask if it does others. Mattress is foam type but was comfortable and pretty new. Cleanliness was good, really good for kitchen and bath. Did see ...

«We’re so glad we stayed here for the week, great little apartment with a very comfortable bed, great bathroom and a small kitchen area. My favorite was the laundry room, great place to store suitcases, place to hang stuff and a washer and dryer if needed. We did a lot of fluffing of clothes. Thank you!»
