«No breakfast. Room was ok. Staff not helpful. Air conditioning didnt work so maint worked on it didnt offer to move to another room. Woke up at 4 am and no air. Terrible night. Booked because Expedia rated it 9.2. Shouldve been rated very low. Wont choose it again»

«Long chaotic check in process, no explanation of how anything at the property worked (first time great wolf lodge guests). Charged me for pool towels after check out, despite not being told the towels had to be left at the pool. High school kids working the towel stands that gave no instruction and clearly hated their job. Charged multiple fees after check out with no itemized receipts and no reason given for charges. We booked an overnight room and left 2 hours after check in. We didn’t sleep ...

«Loved everything about this place! It was so beautiful and luxurious, but really comfortable and relaxing… not pretentious at all! We had cocktails in the speak easy, which was such a fun surprise! Jeremy was the best mixologist and was full of interesting facts about the history of the property .Then dinner in the restaurant… delicious. Our server, Teddy, was the best. «my sister and I just stayed at the All Inn hotel this past weekend for the Colfax Denver Marathon. We had such a wonderful stay! Staff was so accommodating and helpful. Hotel is really cute, rooms were clean and well stocked. Lobby / hotel bar area was lovely. Restaurant was the best food we've had in a long time! Overall really wonderful experience and would recommend and stay here again!»

«Historical property dated and seems like they were surviving on their legacy not on service, granted there property is torn up by a construction project. Room we were assigned had scaffolding blocking view from both windows and construction equipment breaking up the bed rock right outside. We were assigned a different room. It’s outrageous that they would even rent that room even to Expedia discontinued customers. Also room have portable free standing AC units which are vented by flexible ...
