«We had a great time at Panacea Hotel. We felt very welcome as soon as we walked in to the reception. We had a Deluxe Suite, with 2 Bedrooms. Great value for the money! This was definitely not what we had expected for the price we paid. We talked to other people who stayed there and they paid quite low price. «The house is beautiful, cozy, and even nicer than the photos. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped. All rooms have AC and ceiling fans, all working perfectly. «Flawlessly clean room and everything. The staff was top notch! All of them. If you need anything they got the answer. Only thing is like all the place is this area of Tulum, the construction can get loud. So for get about random naps. I still give this beautiful place a 10/10!!»

Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. »

«Really disappointed by this place, need maintenance, construction going on all day, room had some sewage smell coming out of the toilet all night, then power went out in the whole place and we had to book a different hotel. Still waiting on my refund for that, not a fun experience 😔»
