«Exceptional. Reflects on how a hotel suite should be. Beautiful grounds. Restaurant on-site, food was superb and staff were beyond genuine. Highly recommend. We spent two nights there after spending three at a hotel at the beach. It’s telling that every detail was well curated to reflect a very distinctive experience. Hopefully, we make it back.»

«Went there for just 4 days but it is a Perfect place for a long stay too. Beautiful, quiet and 5 minutes away from bars and restaurants .»

«Me están cobrando cuando ni tan siquiera llegué quise cancelar y no quisieron»

«Great place!»

«This place is a gem - would highly recommend staying here. Rooms are simple, but clean and well appointed. The common area is very beautiful and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area - a special shout out to Namah who took extra care of us - thanks Namah!!»

«Hotel Milam was maybe my best hotel experience ever. The staff were amazing and so nice! They really made sure that we had a great stay. The hotel property was something else! So beautiful. And the hotel room was the most beautiful ever! It had everything you needed and more. »

«Very big room and central location.»

«They do not have a pool .. It's only a soaking tub on top floor!! Extremely disappointing for me as I wanted to swim in a pool the entire vacation.. Also, you can't do laundry yourself.. Which I don't like!! The housekeeper's can but the fee is 25 U.S. Stuff was extremely friendly.. Be aware you can't swim in the ocean do to sargassum it smells and it is everywhere, Tulum and Cancun... Tulum is very expensive also..»

«The experience was amazing and our Host Rebecca enhanced our stay by being so nice and welcoming. The breakfast she made was made with love, I would highly recommend and will tell everyone we come across to stay here.»

«I like the customer service was great it’s someone always at the from desk. When you needed someone they was always on time to help you with your needs and they always greeting you every time they see you. They help u with transportation if you need it. They was just all around excellent….»

«I loved my stay at Anat Tantric Hotel! The interior is so stylish and the villa gives you a luxurious feeling. The stuff is service minded but not all of them speak English. 10/10 experience. Will definitely come back. »

«We really enjoyed the stay at Holistika Hotel! Gorgeous place with jungle between the buildings, huge rooms with nice view, a lot of choices with different yoga classes, nice swimming pools, excellent vegetarian food and very friendly staff! We had relaxing days! 🌴My daughter and I only have one comment to the beds, which could have been softer. I will recommend this plac to my friends/family!😄»

«Had a really good time at this property …it’s exactly what it was in the pictures and the host was very kind and communicative, pool was also very well maintained! Very enjoyable experience»

«Seré muy neutral, al hotel le falta mucho mantenimiento, no recomiendo la alberca privada por que no está limpia, tuve problemas con el sanitario pero cabe señalar imediato le dieron atención, con el check-in no había nadie a mi llegada, no está feo el lugar pero si deberían considerar darle mucho demasiado MANTENIMIENTO»
