Located in the municipality of Casares in the province of Malaga has a perfect location near the beach and a golf course. Just 5 min drive or 25 min walk, you will find a LIDL supermarket that will satisfy all your needs. On the other hand, the apartment is only 5 min from the beach where you can enjoy a swim without worry.

On the other hand, if you feel like exploring Marbella and doing some shopping, you just need to take the car and in about 40 minutes you will reach the city.

OTHER HIGHLIGHTS:

- Check-in: From 15h00. A member of our staff will be waiting for you at the house upon your arrival. Check-in after 21h00 has a cost of 60€ and after 00:00h until 1:00 it is an extra-cost of 80€.

- Check-out: Until 11h00. A member of our team will be waiting for you at the house at your departure.

- Do not hesitate to contact us for personal recommendations, if you need any service such as transfer from the airport, a first shopping waiting for you at your arrival, boat rental or information on excursions or activities.

- For monthly rentals in low season please do not hesitate to ask us for prices.

GUEST CARE:

HOUSE RULES:

- Leave the house as you found it

- Throw the garbage in the public containers

- Smoking is not allowed inside the house

- In case of leaving the house in bad condition or very dirty, it will be deducted from the deposit.

- Passport or ID details are required by the Property to be reported to Spanish police.

-All payments should be by bank.

-The guarantee deposit will be refunded after your check-out following the refund policy in this respect. It could takes 7 days to be the return amount ordered.

- Due to new regulations, an additional charge will apply in case of high water or electricity consumption, such as charging electric cars or large capacity batteries. This will cover the associated additional costs.

- Due to climatic factors, governments may apply water restrictions, among others, which are not foreseeable and for which we cannot be held responsible. We apologise for any inconvenience in this respect.
