Plenty of pool towels and pool floats to borrow. Lots of extra supplies, so check with owner before packing unnecessary items. You could literally arrive with clothing only! Owner is very responsive and quick to communicate.»

Hosts were wonderfully accommodating and let us extend an extra night when we needed it. We were very happy with the television selections and the beds and bathrooms were comfortable. «House was in the best neighborhood in Maricopa, so we felt totally safe. The house is nice- a little too dark for me with too much decor on the walls, but very comfortable. Outside area was great fun for visiting grandkids. Master was wonderful- very spacious, comfortable king, fantastic bathroom with very good lighting and a great shower. More than adequate towels, kitchen area well provided for, but unless you are accustomed to a gas stove, you will be eating out. I couldn't figure it out and ...

It is very well maintained, directions are clear and concise, and the host is not only easy to communicate but accommodates you as best as he can. Each bed is very comfortable and the rental easy slept me and all my friends. The backyard is a great hangout spot for early morning or in the evenings. Possibly one of my favorite rentals I have stayed in.»
