The house was comfortable and we loved the kitchen and dining area.The big tv seemed like a bonus but the volume governor made it almost impossible to hear, especially for my 88 year old mom.I had to buy a new mattress pad for the master king bed on the second day. The one on the bed when we arrived was plastic covered paper which crinkled and crunched with every move making sleep impossible. I notified the hostess and received no reply or reimbursement.The corn hole game and BBQ were both broken. The hostess did get the BBQ fixed quickly.Things renters should know:The garage opening is not high enough for a full size SUV.The picture of the backyard looked like there was some grass - there isn't. It is just dirt.The back patio worked for coffee in the morning but green space or landscaping would have made it really nice. The front patio was nice in the afternoon. Again, a little attention to the front yard would have make it much better. We had to sweep and clean the chairs before we could use them. One of the cactuses is laying on it's side and looks a bit unsightly.
