«We had a great family weekend in Carmel at Holly and Richard’s house. Especially enjoyed sitting on the courtyard deck under the oak tree enjoying the beautiful fall weather. The house gets great natural light and has a nice layout for family to spend time together in the common spaces. Communication with our hosts was top-notch, especially appreciated the helpful tips and recommendations—a birthday cake for my dad from their recommended local bakery was a big hit! »

«We didn't use hot tub - it's too far under tree to feel comfortable in it. We had to purchase our own hand soap and paper towels. We could not get the heating system to turnoff - too warm in house. Try communicating with owner he said no AC. All the baking pans did not fit the oven. Nice house hopefully gets more organized.»
