The Valour 702 apartment comfortably accommodates up to two guests.
When you step inside, you will find a fully equipped,
contemporary-furnished kitchen and an air fryer to make your stay more
convenient.

and lounge share the same inviting setting. The bedroom is fitted with
a cosy queen-size bed and a wall lamp. It also features an arch-shaped
window that fills the apartment with natural light and provides lovely
views of the neighbourhood. The bathroom is modernly designed and
well-appointed, equipped with a floating vanity with a sink, a shower,
and a toilet. Linen and towels are provided with your stay.

The lounge area features a minimalist-inspired couch with cushions and
a throw blanket added for relaxation and style, while you enjoy
entertainment from a mounted flatscreen television. It also includes a
compact dining space that features a table and seating for two.

In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.

For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.

A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.

Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.

A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 32 Chiappini Street, De Waterkant, 8001.

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
