equipped with everything you’ll need for a comfortable self-catering
experience, including additional appliances such as an air fryer,
dishwasher, and washing machine for added convenience. The dining space
features a dining set with seating for four, while the lounge features
a comfy sofa and a mounted flat-screen television. Guests will enjoy
internet access throughout the property.

The bedrooms are well-furnished, with the main bedroom featuring a
queen-sized bed and the second bedroom containing a double bed. The
property includes two bathrooms, both equipped with a shower, a
washbasin with a vanity, and a toilet. Linen and towels are provided
during your stay.

A glass sliding door opens onto the balcony, where you’ll find a
comfortable outdoor seating area, the perfect spot for you and your
loved ones to sit back, relax, and soak in the breathtaking ocean
views. Blouberg is renowned for its kitesurfing, so don’t be surprised

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 20 Ocean View, 26 Blouberg Boulevard, 7441.

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
