The “hut” was ridiculously tiny and claustrophobic barely enough space to stand, let alone move around comfortably as two adults. There was zero storage, so we were forced to live out of our suitcases for the entire stay. It was miserable and exhausting.
While the property looked somewhat maintained, it was overrun with cats everywhere you turned. The pool was completely inaccessible the whole time. The bar area, which should have been a relaxing spot, was disgusting because a cat was parked on the counter every single day like it owned the place.
The mini-bar setup was shady and completely unprofessional. No prices listed anywhere they just charged whatever they wanted for whatever you drank. It felt sketchy and unregulated.
They advertise breakfast, but not a single meal was ever served. We had to leave the property and pay for food every single day, which added even more expense to this already terrible stay.
On our very last day they suddenly cut the water off to our hut with zero warning. We couldn’t even use the bathroom. When we complained, they casually said they needed to “get a plumber.” Of course, the water had been working perfectly fine until that morning, and it was running everywhere else on the property except our room. It was incredibly inconvenient and felt intentional.
For international travelers especially do your research! The ridiculous nightly rate we paid could have easily gotten us a proper apartment with a full kitchen for much less
