«Secrets, Cap Cana, was a kept secret for us, LOL! First time there and what a pleasant surprise. The resort besides being beautiful, is just the right size for me (not too big but not that small either- no extreme walks to get to the pool area, breakfast area, etc.) The room was super spotless. The staff was extremely helpful (they went out of their way to help/guide, etc.), very courteous and cheerful as well. No complaints about the food, plentiful and great tasting at the buffet as well as ...

«Not an overwhelming resort - more like a cozy family feel. Staff were extremely friendly, respectful and courteous. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Food was excellent and the entertainment was enjoyable. Beach and pool were both outstanding - this was our second stay at the Hyatt Ziva, and we are definitely going back for a third time.»

«The staff was amazing and the room was clean. The activities were fun and the food was good. The only suggestion is the hotel needs to replace their room doors and other maintenance. They are in very rough shape.»
