«A pleasant and satisfying farm stay overall — arriving in winter to a warm, air‑conditioned room was a great welcome. A few things need attention: the BBQ wasn’t working properly (an issue noted by previous guests), the TV didn’t work, the board games were incomplete or broken, the toilet roll holder was loose, and the bathtub wasn’t functioning. Having these fixed, it would easily be a 5‑star stay. For now, I’m happy to give it 4 stars.»

«The property is nestled in lovely rural setting in the hills near Mt Canabolas. It is quiet, peaceful, with just the birds and a few farm animals nearby for company. It is literally 10 minutes drive to the heart of Orange, but you feel far removed from any big town. We found the property very clean, well appointed and everything we could need.
