«It was not stocked with basics like towels toiletries etc. Appliances broke down didn’t have hot water for 3 days. Utensils were dirty terrible service for curtains requested but nothing happened. It was to be a serviced apartment but they asked for more money to do any service and deposit was returned late and finally we had booked the the apartment with a sea view and they never moved us to that one. »

«This apartment was wonderful! It had many beds, all comfortable and it was equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent with Puerto Cancun just being across the street. The apartment has a wrap around patio with spectacular views to Isla Mujeres and the harbor. The only negative I would say is that the apartment has some rules we weren't aware of. «This place is in a great location, walking distance to everything. The place has mini splits in both rooms. Perfect size for 2 couples. The property manager communicated with me very well and even answered my call when I got lost.
