For arrivals outside office hours, please request instructions for key collection.

Check-out: until 11:00

Check-in procedure:

- Valid ID must be presented for all guests.
- Security deposit by card: €200(refunded within 7 days after check-out).
- Payment of any extra services requested, such as parking.

House rules:

- No smoking or parties allowed in the property.
- Respect the maximum number of guests according to the reservation.
- Upon departure, please return the keys, take out the trash, and leave used dishes clean.
