«Perfect hotel for a fast weekend escape, which is exactly what we were aiming for. Clean, great pool, perfectly heated hot tubs. The pool-area bar was a nice touch for cocktails and mocktails for the wife and kiddo. Friendly easy check in and out, free parking. Absolutely our go-to Palm Springs hotel.»

«We had such a nice experience at Riviera the amenities were amazing and plenty! The spa was also so relaxing and a wonderful experience. The room was clean, well kept, and the washroom was amazing in our suite! We had housekeeping come everyday and were always fully supplied in our room with everything we need including water. Would definitely recommend! I almost didn’t book this place because of some of the negative comments but that was not our experience at all when we stayed. »

«We loved the property! Three pools and plenty of seating. The lazy river was a lot of fun. Staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the cucumber water at the front entrance! The rooms could’ve been a tad bit cleaner.. they were large and beautiful, but there was remnants of sunscreen, fingerprints on all the doors. We loved staying there and will be back next year for sure:)»

«Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, primarily to relax. The hotel appeared newly renovated, with very comfortable and luxuriously designed rooms. The hotel area was only open to hotel guests. The area was framed by tall hedges and hotel apartments. This helped to remove almost all of the noise from the roads outside the hotel. My favorite thing about the condo was sitting on the patio in the morning watching golfers, drinking coffee and reading. «We have never been in a situation where you are asked to strip your sheets and collect towels etc. and take your garbage out at the end! Since there is also no housekeeping during the stay, the repeated requests for tips is a little over the top. We didn’t use any of the resort amenities, so can’t say much about that. But it looks great. Would go there again. »
