The staff was great and very accommodating. I wish the evening staff spoke a bit more English but we got through it. Breakfast was great especially the falafel. They do have excursion opportunities. Now for the property; the building is old and they cannot do a lot in the way of renovation but the elevator did not have a door, the area to the right of the elevator (once on the floor of the hotel) was dirty and so was the stair well leading up to the hotel (if you did not take the elevator) was also dirty, the patio had torn up tile and the cushions we old and stained, the bathroom had too much calking over old calking that looks sloppy/messy, the bathrooms are VERY small and not big girl/boy friendly. Also, one of the rooms with the patio has very little space between the bed and the walkway; that room should be rearranged or made to have 2 twin beds? Pool, well I didn't see one and that was not mentioned when we checked-in. The hotel is located downtown, so if you're ok with street noise (day through late night), then that will not be a problem for you. I wanted my customers to have an authentic experience, but it was almost uncomfortable.
