BEWARE I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel and feel compelled to warn future guests.
During our stay, money went missing from the safe in my room, as well as from the safe in my friend’s room. At first, I honestly found it hard to believe — after all, how can money go missing from a locked safe? I assumed there must be some mistake.
However, after becoming suspicious, I deliberately arranged the notes in a specific position before leaving the room. When I returned, some of the money was gone and the remaining notes had clearly been moved. At that point, it was undeniable that something was wrong.
We immediately raised this with hotel staff, expecting it to be taken seriously. Instead, our concerns were brushed off with no proper investigation, no accountability, and no real effort to resolve the situation. The lack of concern and professionalism was just as troubling as the missing money itself.
A hotel safe is supposed to provide peace of mind. Sadly, that was not our experience. I would strongly advise other guests to be extremely cautious with their valuables if choosing to stay here.
Very disappointing experience.
