Appreciated the complimentary pickup from the airport and the personalised breakfast service although would have appreciated a little variety since we stayed here for four nights. They do offer tour packages but found their prices a little steep. Also, when I exchanged some local currency with them, they initially gave me a bunch of small notes, then when I checked that the amount was half of what I should receive, they suddenly said they’re still getting more change for me and took the small notes from me and gave me bigger notes. Additionally, I found out later that exchanging currency at the bank offered better rates. I do understand that the staff try to provide a personalised service but them knowing I made a day trip to Luxor without mentioning it to them specifically felt like an invasion of privacy, especially since I’m traveling alone with my sister. The room furniture was a little dated but the tub with view of the Pyramids was nice. Overall, it’s a decent place but I would not choose to stay here again.
