When checking in, the front office personal told me that I’m checking in a single room,
I said but I have my kids with me, what you mean a single room?! he said yes that’s okay we gonna charge you extra half price of the room!! They didn’t cuz I think one of the managers got in and said no that’s okay, they acted as that’s the first time for us to check in or see a hotel!!!!!! it wasn’t okay for me to be greeted that way!!
I was there for a wedding, other attendees for that wedding have booked other rooms, all booked the standard room which is 60$ cheaper than the highest one,
I booked the highest room category for my kids to be setting comfortable, when checked in, my room looked exactly like all other attendees room with nothing extra, while the front office assured me that I’m in a different building than the rest of the attendees for the better room, I found out I’m right next door to all the other attendees with nothing extra…with all rooms identical,
it wasn’t okay for me as well.
