We stayed at Beyond Pyramid Hotel for three nights. Overall, most things were good. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the service was excellent.
However, the bed did not seem properly changed on arrival, and there was hair in the bed, which is unacceptable.
The air conditioning unit, which is also used for heating, was not working. We were traveling with a baby and were given a portable heater instead of the issue being properly fixed. It is concerning that a hotel is not aware of basic technical problems in its rooms.
The room was different from the photos shown at booking” especially the pyramid view. We were told we had to pay extra to change rooms, which felt misleading.
Apart from these issues, everything else was good.
