«We had a wonderful stay in Turks and Caicos The hotel was Very Clean, and the Staff was Friendly and welcoming. A special Thank you to Sherman the bellboy, who provided outstanding service. The Bar amazing with Great Drinks and excellent costumer service. The beach was absolutely beautiful one of the best beaches.
The only suggestion I have is to offer more activities and entertainment other than that Everything was fantastic and I would Definitely stay here again.»

«Ok Expedia mis represented the room that I rented... I paid for a 2 bed room suite with ocean view ...
I got one room with a king bed and other room with 2 beds, not what I paid for.. ocean view was not good at all on first floor, at least should have been second floor to see ocean... highly disappointed for what we paid»

«We had a wonderful time at Neptune Villas and were sad to leave! The property is as described and shown in the images. The private pool at the villas was amazing and the deck outside is where we spent most of our time just enjoying the view over Chalk Sound. Be aware there is not really any items in the kitchen as far as oil, ketchup, etc. There is salt and pepper and that is all. All the pots, pans, plates are there though. If you plan to cook, you will need to stock up at the local store - ...

«new resort, amazing suite with private terrace and multiple bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Staff is wonderful and the manager is pure class, only wish the location was closer or on the beach. Also water pressure in showers is not great»
