«I paid for an ocean view room and did not get it. The staff said it was “partial view” which I disagree. It was the view of the 2nd pool and had about 5% view of the ocean. I could have saved a lot of money if i booked a regular room instead . The resort is very clean. If ur looking for a very laid back place, this is it. Pool bar closes at 5pm. There’s not much to do after 5pm. Staff is friendly. It was just not my cup of tea personally. It was too laid back for us.»

«Beware of sewer smell!!! Sewer leakage right next to the buffet restaurant and sand volleyball place (chronic, been there for months). Two out of three men’s stalls out of order for the duration of our trip (week), horrid smell again (located behind the Italian restaurant). Moldy room smell! Small percentage of staff understanding/speaking English. Overall, horrible experience. Had to upgrade to a non-moldy room and pay extra. Would never stay there again nor recommend it to anyone!»
