«Staff is unbelievable knew my name by the 2nd day and attention to detail was unreal. Music was fantastic but shows were hotel grade. Food was excellent but somewhat limited. Don’t get me wrong everything was delicious. Watched whales all day long from the pool and my balcony »

«Fabulous views, enjoyed watching whales from our room and the pool. Sebastian the activities director was terrific - friendly and fun. One annoyance - people "claim" the lounge chairs by the pool, and leave the pool area - so there is nowhere to lie down even though most of the lounge chairs are empty! »

All the activities and games definitely make the time go by quickly and the drinks are excellent. Mauricio who welcomed us and set us up with Resort credits and presentation was a huge help and support with things Resort and non-resort related.»

«Beautiful resort. Consistent excellent food. The resort is very quiet, no music and by 8:30 it is a ghost town so be aware. Aside from the incredible views, food and drinks it is the staff that set this resort apart. When I arrived I was told, “Welcome home”.
