«I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and all three nights were amazing. The pools are very clean. The service is very amazing. The food is very yummy as well and I am a very picky eater. The drinks are good and the staff are very accommodating and very nice! Will stay again!»

«From the beginning to the end of our trip, everything was amazing. My concierge Santiago was extremely helpful, polite, accommodating and professional. The kids club was by far the best part. Yuli, Caro, Florencia and everyone was so amazing my son had such a great time he begged to come back the following day even ran there right after breakfast. Hands down wonderful hotel. I will definitely be coming back. And the food was by far the best for any all inclusive I’ve stayed at in the area!»

However, I was very displeased with 2 things: 1) housekeeping didn't come to clean the room - we had to request several times before we had a cleaning on day 2 but day 3, again no one came. «The rooms, pool, beach and food were great! The jet ski company and golf club they recommended were not great! I recommend the company refer guests elsewhere and hotel guests do their own research if they want to jet ski or play golf. I would definitely stay at resort again though. Just not take their recs for excursions.»

«El hotel esta bien la habitación linda aun q no cumplió con lo reservado. Ya se reservó con vista al mar y nos dieron una con vista parcial y lo q veíamos era la azotea del otro edificio. Si pudiera el cambio pero la gente dijo q no había disponibilidad. También a la gente de Us le dieron la habitación inmediatamente y a nosotros nos la dieron mucho despues con el pretexto q necesitaban pasar la gente de calidad y mentira porque la terraza estaba llena de hojas y arena en el jacuzzi.
