«Property is just as described, the hotel itself is beautiful, very small!!!! It’s relaxing but service was very poor. We constantly got ignored, we didn’t have the best vibes from the staff besides the host at ballena view restaurant and the chef at the Japanese restaurant. We tipped so well too which was even more sad because knowing so many people there do not tip at all, we felt like the workers just don’t want to be there. They rarely smile, they see you need something and go the other way. ...

«Very relaxing place. Not a party scene if that's what you're looking for thought the Infiniti pool can be very fun during the day. Food was pretty good. The Steakhouse was overrated in my mind. The Pool side restaurant The Corral was very good. The Pulled Pork sandwich is incredible.»

«Everything was fantastic. The hotel is beautiful and relaxing. However, I feel like it’s a bit of a food desert. If you don’t want to drive or use Uber to get to town or other restaurants, the hotel food doesn’t have enough variety. But aside from that, we had an amazing time.»
