After having to bring our four suitcases up two flights of stairs, our room was incredibly hot. When we opened the windows to try to cool things off, we were met by several flies and other insects. «The property was 1st class. Spotlessly clean and excellently equipped. There were even the essentials available in the fridge when we arrived. The quality of (what’s looks like a very recent) renovation was very very good. The shower was amazing and the property was toasty warm. As for Pennan, it was a delightfully remote spot where it was wonderful to be woken up in the morning by the sound of the waves. Highly recommend. »
