The beautiful modern Villa Maris is located on the Makarska Riviera, in the small town of Brela. Newly built in a contemporary construction style with a maximum capacity for 9 people, Villa Maris will provide you with a perfect combination of modern and luxurious. The total area of the living space is 220 m2, and the area of the property of 380 m2 offers everything more than enough for complete enjoyment. Villa Maris has a sea view and offers complete peace. Also, this villa is ideal for families with children because it has a children's playroom with toys that will delight your little ones!

Also, the villa has 4 bedrooms: 2 measuring 180x210, and two measuring 160x200. On the ground floor, there is an outdoor heated pool of 28 m2, 1.65 meters deep, with two massage jets + a bench inside the pool. Next to it are 6 deckchairs, and an outdoor charcoal or wood grill to prepare traditional Dalmatian dishes. The ground floor also has a kitchen with a bar and two bar stools, the already mentioned children's playroom, and a bathroom.

Lovers of an active vacation will be delighted by the fitness room with several basic exercise equipment, while children will be able to play table soccer, table tennis or PlayStation 4, which are also available! On the upper floor, there is a spacious living room with a corner sofa (301x210) that serves as a bed for 1 person, and there is also a table, chairs, a chest of drawers, and a TV. There is also another fully equipped kitchen, dining room, 1 bedroom with a double bed, and 1 bathroom with a shower.

On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms, also with a double bed, one of which has an en suite bathroom with a shower cabin, and the remaining two share another bathroom, also with a shower cabin. On the same floor, there is also a large terrace with outdoor furniture for sitting and enjoying the sunset or sunrise. Additional equipment that will be useful to you during your stay includes a washing machine, dryer and iron, microwave, and toaster, and with prior agreement, it is possible to get a high chair and a baby cot. In each bedroom and throughout every corner of our space, you'll find a television (a total of 6 units) and air conditioning (a total of 7 units), providing you with complete comfort and enjoyment. Each room exudes a sophisticated ambiance thanks to the air conditioning, while the televisions allow you to indulge in your favorite programs in the comfort of your stay.

The courtyard of Villa Maris is fenced and offers 3 private parking spaces.  Near the villa, there are also attractions such as hiking trails, the Brela climbing center, and Skywalk Biokovo. Also, 300 meters from the villa there is a free football and basketball court and a bowling alley. Boules are located in the villa and are free to use. Brela is the first place you approach the Makarska Riviera traveling along the coast from the city of Split. It is a lovely town with long pebble beaches and a pine forest, and it is located only 10 km from Makarska. For these reasons, it is a popular resort (especially for families) for those looking for a relaxing getaway.
